All payment obligations are transparently outlined prior to engagement. 2. Scope of Work and Delivery The specific services, deliverables, and estimated timelines for each project are detailed in the mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW). Wildrootz Ltd commits to executing all services strictly within official platform terms of service, ensuring 100% TOS-compliant organic growth strategies. Client cooperation in providing necessary access and feedback is essential for timely delivery.

Limitation of Liability Wildrootz Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This includes damages resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services. 4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
